StageBio Congratulates Melanie Willis, CVT, BS, RQAP-GLP

It is with great honor that we congratulate Melanie Willis, CVT, BS, RQAP-GLP, Senior Quality Assurance Auditor, she has been elected as the inaugural SQA Director for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

As part of the SQA (Society of Quality Assurance) Board of Directors, Melanie will be working on the following:

  • Creating processes and implementation of asset management
    • finance, reputation, budget, policies
  • Strategic Planning
  • Setting direction – long and short-term vision
  • Mission and purpose
  • Ensuring Integrity of Organization
  • Providing Resources
  • Supporting Administrative Headquarters
  • Working as a Liaison with the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging committee
  • Helping initiate additional directives for Diversity Inclusion and Belonging

About Melanie Willis, CVT, BS, RQAP-GLP, Senior Quality Assurance Auditor at StageBio

Melanie is an experienced and RQAP-GLP credentialed QA auditor with a background in regulated (FDA, OECD) non/pre-clinical research, and a broad skill set that includes auditing all phases of regulated research, data review, document management, OSHA compliance, equipment program maintenance, bioanalysis and analytical chemistry, including method validation audits.
It is Melanie's goal to put her experience to work to support her dream of having a positive impact on the medical research industry.
