About Ailsa Delgado

As the newest member of StageBio Commercial team, Ailsa brings over 13 years of Account Management experience. Prior to joining StageBio, Ailsa served as an Account Manager for MilliporeSigma, BioReliance where she developed and supported clients across various markets including pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer product industries. Throughout the years Ailsa has developed strong client relationships by following a customer-centric approach to gain the clients trust and build partnerships. Ailsa was born and raised in Puerto Rico and after completing her B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico, she moved to New Jersey, where she started her Account Management career. Five years later, she and her husband relocated to Maryland, where they currently reside with their 4-year-old pup. In her spare time, Ailsa enjoys traveling and cooking.
