About Ellen Humphrey, Chief People and Business Integration Officer

Ellen focuses primarily on StageBio’s business integration and talent strategies, culture, and employee engagement. She has helped numerous high-growth companies adapt to change and scale organizationally, spending much of her time supporting both sides of the M&A integration cycle. Ellen’s experience spans 20+ years leading global human resources teams, including leadership roles as a CPA in both public and private companies across the technology, financial, healthcare and energy sectors. Ellen’s volunteer and board service reflects her passion for children’s and women’s issues. She enjoys mentoring female professionals within and outside of her hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.
