Pathologist Spotlight: Meet Dr. Quinci Plumlee

Meet our featured StageBio pathologist, Dr. Quinci Plumlee, DVM, MS, DACVP, Senior Pathologist

How long have you worked with StageBio?
Dr Plumlee has worked with StageBio for one year this October 2023. Congratulations on your year anniversary!

What are your primary interests within the Pathology space?  
Dr Plumlee is passionate about early career pathology training in toxicologic pathology. She also is interested in ocular and reproductive pathology.

What are your most recent work accomplishments? 
Dr Plumlee developed, implemented, and currently maintains StageBio’s robust anatomic pathology training/mentorship program in the Gen Tox Department. She additionally presented a career development seminar at this year’s annual Society of Toxicologic Pathology meeting, and served as a mentor in the American College of Veterinary Pathologists’ mentorship program.

What do you like about the StageBio culture? 
Dr Plumlee resonates deeply with the collegial culture as well as the strong foundation of scientific integrity that is prominent every day in their work at Stagebio. She is proud to work with their clients and regulatory bodies to ensure the development of safe and efficacious drugs.

What do you like to do on the weekends? 
On the weekends, Dr Plumlee seeks out outdoor adventures with her family. She also enjoys volunteering to support local youth and working in her garden.
