Jennifer Nelson joins StageBio as Director of Human Resources

StageBio, a leading provider of GLP-compliant histology, pathology, image analysis and archiving services for both preclinical and clinical research, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Nelson as the new Director of Human Resources. With over 20 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of enhancing employee engagement while driving strategic HR initiatives. Her leadership will be instrumental as StageBio continues to grow and foster a culture of excellence.

Jennifer Nelson joins StageBio with a multitude of leadership positions in human resources and management, including Vice President of Human Resources with Transcat. With StageBio, Jennifer will focus on advancing HR strategies that support the company's mission, enhancing employee experience, talent retention, and more.

Jennifer Nelson brings over two decades of Human Resources experience to the StageBio team. Her experience includes building and leading HR and recruiting teams in high growth environments to strategic talent management. Her areas of expertise include talent management, coaching and mentoring leaders, strategic planning, succession planning, employee relations, and compensation. Jennifer has worked for PE backed, public, and private organizations.  A self described builder, Jennifer is a change maker and influencer for the better; she brings a proven history of creating solutions that make companies processes more efficient. She believes a company's success depends upon a healthy culture and a workforce that is valued, respected, and empowered.
