Prior to joining StageBio, Ms. Johnson served as Executive Director of Sales for Covance by Labcorp, where she was responsible for creating an Inside Sales organization (or function) and leading that team to success while providing a mutually beneficial partnership with clients.

Ms. Johnson brings nearly three decades of experience in the life science field, including 15+ years in the contract research organization field, where her sales leadership and strategic growth initiatives led business development teams to success. She is committed to the success and development of her sales team, evidenced by her success in global integration of her sales teams and history of sales training and mentoring.
