StageBio Welcomes Senior Business Development Manager: Marie Piazza

It is with great honor that we introduce Marie Piazza as our Senior Business Development Manager at StageBio. We are honored to have her on the team and look forward to all she will accomplish!

As part of our commercial team, Marie Piazza will support StageBio’s initiatives by:

  • Developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with our clients worldwide
  • Implement strategies for continued growth to best serve our clients
  • Orchestrating discussions with our clients to execute on their product pipelines in an efficient and scientifically rigorous manner

About Marie Piazza, BSc, MSc

Marie joined StageBio from MilliporeSigma, BioReliance, where she served as an Account Manager for the last 15 years, where she built and maintained strong relationships with her clients globally. Marie’s relationships with clients across multiple industries will benefit StageBio as we continue to grow our client base. Marie is a true client advocate, ensuring they receive a gold standard service through her proactive and approachable communication style, while staying one step ahead when responding to clients’ ongoing needs and inquiries. Marie grew up in the Pacific Northwest. After completing her BSc in Marine Biology at Western Washington University, she moved to Edinburgh, Scotland, where she completed a MSc in Biology of Water Resource Management. After nearly 10 years in Edinburgh, Marie moved back to the Northwest, where she is currently raising her two children. In their spare time, they love camping and traveling. Marie most recently started a non-profit, One Community One Family, with some friends providing financial support to local cancer patients in Skagit County, WA. Marie’s words to live by include, “Share your story, you never know who needs to hear it.”
