Laura Elcock, DVM, PhD, DACVP
Dr. Elcock earned her DVM in 1982, as well as her graduate degrees in Veterinary Pathology, MS in 1983 and PhD in 1985, all from Kansas State University. She became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists in 1987, and has over 30 years of experience as a Toxicologic veterinary pathologist. She has served as the primary study pathologist for 500+ GLP preclinical studies in the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. Aside from general toxicologic pathology, Dr. Elcock has a particular interest in reproductive pathology. During her career thus far, she has evaluated over 15 peer-reviewed carcinogenicity studies in a variety of mouse and rat strains.
